Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. is seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Crane & Rigging Sales Professional. As a leader in the industry, we specialize in delivering top-notch rigging and crane services, contributing to the success of diverse projects across various sectors. We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated sales professional who shares our commitment to excellence and can drive the growth of our crane and rigging solutions.
Position Responsibilities
- Sales Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of crane and rigging services to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services and their applications, providing tailored solutions to clients.
- Skills: Utilize Fleet Cost & Care to quote customers and store customer information, to include the development of job specific lift plans and work proposals. Visit job sites as needed and required.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering innovative solutions that align with Superior Rigging & Erecting Co.’s capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our operations, project management teams and accounting to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive position. Provide technical knowledge and problem-solving resulting in new business.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must have a clean valid drivers’ license.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to propose clear, compelling and value- focused solutions.
- Excellent time-management skills with the discipline to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
- Be courteous and professional with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be proficient with computers. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
