Gage Williams

Operations Manager, Florida Crane and Rigging Department 

Gage Williams is the Operations Manager of the Florida Crane and Rigging department. Williams joined the Superior team as a Journeyman Ironworker in 2015. After a short period, he became a foreman and was most recently named Operations Manager.

Williams’ career began in 2008 as a union ironworker apprentice. He worked on a variety of projects including power plants, refineries, hospitals, stadiums and theme parks. A few of his projects completed with Superior are Avatar Land and Guardians of The Galaxy at Disney, Hard Rock Casino (Fort Lauderdale) and ESPN Wide World of Sport Arena.

Now a key member of the leadership team, Williams manages the daily operations of the crane and rigging department at the Orlando, FL office location. He is able to view jobs and determine exactly how they need to be performed in a safe and timely manner due to his years of experience and can-do mindset

Williams’ favorite part of his position is coaching new team members and watching them grow.

Did You Know?

Gage has been married for 14 years and has two kids. He loves being on the water, spending time with family and going boating.
