Zach Olsen

Chief Operating Officer

Zach Olsen was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. in October 2023. 

Olsen has over 18 years of construction project managment experience and a commendable history of succesfully completed projects. 

Olsen’s career highlights include serving as the Special Projects Division Manager at Turner Construction Company and Senior Project Manager for the State Farm Arena renovation in Atlanta.  Olsen engaged with Atlanta Hawks leadership from preconstruction through closeout. Planning and execution efforts culminated in putting $115M of work in place over 5 months with 1,100+ daily trade workers during the 2018 offseason.

Olsen is a 2008 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Zach has been married to his wife Carrie for 13 years and they have a 6-year-old son, Trevor, a 4-year-old daughter, Avery, and a furry companion, Bodie, the German shorthaired pointer.
