Mallory’s connection to Superior runs deep, as her family has been intertwined with the company since 1968. She is now a third-generation member of the Superior team.
Mallory is a distinguished graduate of The University of Alabama, holding a degree in Marketing. Her journey at Superior began as an intern during her college years, eventually leading to a full-time position in the Marketing department. It was during this time that Mallory realized her passion for customer interaction.
“My goal is to make the complex seem effortless for every customer I engage with. I’ve witnessed Superior tackle numerous challenging projects and make a lasting impact on the industry. I am committed to being a part of that legacy and ensuring we provide the best customer service possible to solve our clients’ needs,” Mallory emphasized.
